Privacy statement

TMX will not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute the information you provide.

All information given to TMX will be used for the sole purpose of providing our customers with products and support.

Many of our European customers have been asking questions about our compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used, and places certain obligations on businesses that process the information of those individuals. We believe we are in full compliance.

We use cookies to track customer information and for website analytics. A cookie is a piece of data that is stored on a user’s computer and is tied to information about that user. Using cookies allows us to give you a better browsing experience. If you have any questions about our cookie usages, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Like many sites, we use Google Analytics to track how our site is used. We use the IP anonymization feature provided by Google Analytics to help protect your privacy.

When you log into our site, your IP address is stored in a log file. We use this information to prevent malicious login attempts. In compliance with GDPR, these logs are automatically purged within three days.

We may occasionally send informative or promotional TMX material that we think will be of interest to our customers, but we will always provide a method to opt out of any future such mailings.
